These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, customers, and merchants on the platform. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Orders, Acceptance & Price Changes
All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. An order is deemed accepted only after successful payment verification and issuance of an official order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion due to pricing inaccuracies, typographical errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious transaction flags.

All book prices, discounts, and combo bundle rates are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the exact time of successful checkout will be final.

3. Payment Terms & Security
Orders must be paid in full before shipment (Prepaid mode via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or Authorized Wallets) unless explicitly marked for Cash on Delivery (COD).

All transactions are processed through certified, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. StudyUpIndia does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.

4. Shipping, Handling & Delivery Timelines
Dispatch Timeline: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days from payment confirmation. During peak academic seasons, syllabus updates, or supply chain rush, dispatch may take up to 5 to 8 working days. Such standard handling windows do not constitute valid grounds for disputes or cancellation claims.

Delivery Timeline: Consignments are shipped via reputed domestic courier services (including DTDC Courier) or India Post. Transit typically requires 3 to 8 working days depending on the recipient’s regional pincode.

Non-Guaranteed Estimates: Estimated delivery dates provided on product pages or during checkout are indicative logistics estimates and not legally binding guarantees.

Delivery Address Accuracy: Orders are delivered strictly to the shipping address and contact number supplied by the buyer during checkout. StudyUpIndia bears no liability for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or landmark-deficient addresses.

5. Order Cancellation, Mid-Transit Policy & Parcel Refusal
Cancellation Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel an order only while it is pending processing and has not yet been dispatched.

Strict No-Cancellation Post Dispatch: Once an order is handed over to the courier partner and an AWB/Tracking number has been assigned, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or recalled in transit under any circumstances.

Doorstep Parcel Refusal & RTO (Return to Origin):

If a customer refuses delivery at their doorstep, remains unreachable, or rejects an outbound parcel without an approved defect claim, the parcel will return to our facility as RTO.

In case of Refund: Both forward and return courier charges along with handling fees will be deducted from the total invoice value. The net balance will be refunded after the parcel is received back intact.

In case of Reshipment: If the customer requests re-delivery of the returned parcel, fresh shipping charges must be paid upfront before the package is re-dispatched.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Express shipping or delivery fees paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable once the parcel has shipped.

6. Official Electronic Communications
Official order confirmations, invoice copies, and tracking alerts are dispatched via registered email and automated messaging.

Official Support Channel: Formal customer grievances, cancellations, and disputes must be addressed directly via email to our official verified address: studyupindia1@gmail.com.

While informational support may be provided via WhatsApp or call (+91 9868505044), informal chat exchanges do not constitute a legally binding agreement. Formal resolution requests require verified email correspondence containing the valid Order ID.

7. Product Authenticity & Intellectual Property
StudyUpIndia guarantees that all textbooks, NCERT editions, and competitive exam books sold are 100% authentic, sourced from authorized distribution networks and publishers.

All content displayed on StudyUpIndia.com—including site designs, brand logos, graphics, product listings, and banners—is the intellectual property of NCRTS Distribution Pvt. Ltd. and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
StudyUpIndia and NCRTS Distribution Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from logistics delays, natural disruptions, transit strikes, or seasonal stock shortages beyond our direct operational control.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of transactions on StudyUpIndia.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
